Rishabh Pant
The Roorkee born left-handed wicket-keeper batter Rishabh Rajendra Pant started his domestic career with Delhi in the 2015–16 Ranji Trophy. Pant was part of the ICC U-19 World Cup 2016 team of India that finished runners up in the tournament. Ishan Kishan, Khaleel Ahmed, Avesh Khan, Sarfaraz Khan, Mahipal Lomror, Washington Sundar & Anmolpreet Singh were his teammates during the World Cup. Rishabh scored an 18 ball fifty in the tournament, the fastest fifty at U-19 World Cup. In 2016, Rishabh Pant scored the fastest century in the Ranji Trophy, a century off 48 balls.
Pant was picked by the Zaheer Khan led Delhi Daredevils (Delhi Capitals now) in Indian Premier League 2016 and he’s been with this franchise team since then. Rishabh was the second highest scorer in IPL 2018 season with 684 runs. Pant, thus, features among the IPL 2021 Players From Uttarakhand.
Anuj Rawat
Another Left-handed wicket keeper batsman from Uttarakhand, from Ramnagar, Anuj Rawat debuted for Delhi in the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy and has since then been playing for the team. Rawat was picked by the Rajasthan Royals during IPL 2020 and has been with the team since then as he represents IPL 2021 Cricketers from Uttarakhand. Anuj is still early in his IPL career as he made debut for the pink city team in the season itself.
