Profile | Jeffrey Vandersay is a professional Sri Lankan cricketer, who plays for the national cricket team of Sri Lanka since 2015. He plays only in limited overs cricket or shorter formats of the game and hasn’t made his test debut so far. He is a leg-spin bowler and used to play for Sinhalese SC at the domestic level before got selected for the national team. Jeffrey Vandersay is mostly praised for the variation of spin in his bowling like a perfect spinner. He can spin a ball adeptly as much as he wants, along with a perfect balance of googly and slider. He came into the limelight for his flourishing performance in a three-day game against Pakistan in domestic circuit. After this, he got a chance to enter the national team through a T20I match and made his place permanent since then for limited over matches.
