There were several chances for Manuel Lanzarote in the first half which he could turn into a goal if his freekicks curled a little lower. Balwant Singh and Everton Santos were deployed as the strikers by Steve Coppell but his decision to deploy Gerson Vieira as a defensive midfielder pays off well for him.
Steve Coppell was seen making an enforced change from the 2-1 loss at home against Bengaluru FC. Andre Bikey made his first start to the season with Balwant Singh playing at the top and Everton Santos operating from the left wing.
What conspired for Stallions
Pradhyum Reddy was seen making three alterations in Stallions squad as they fell for a 4-2 loss from Chennaiyin at their own ground. Sahil Panwar came in for Chuanntea, Nikhil Poojary for Marcilinho and Alwyn George for Adil Khan. The visitors had only three foreigners on field as Marcilinho and Carlos are serving suspension from the last match.
The nightmare continues for the stallions as they remain at the bottom of the table whereas ATK secures the 6th position on the Indian Super League points table with ten points from seven matches
