After see-saw battles, the mat for Kabaddi World Cup semi-final is set for clashes between Thailand Vs India and Rep of Korea Vs Iran. The home team got the awakening call right there in first match against Rep of Korea. It was not easy for India and Thailand to make it to the semis but Korea and Iran were comfortable from the beginning. Only the upset by Poland gave Iran the setback otherwise both the team were right on the top.

In raiding department, Khomsan from Thailand is on top with 53 points which is the energy booster for Thailand in today’s match. Although Ajay Thakur in on 4th position with 41 points but a long way to catch Khomsan. To the surprise none of the defender for playoffs team is in tournament top defender list indicating that team needs to pull their socks in defending department.
