ISL 5: FC Goa trounce holders Chennaiyin 3-1

Defending and two-time champion Chennaiyin FC fell to its second defeat in as many matches after losing 1-3 against FC Goa at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai on Saturday.

It was the early 12th-minute goal blasted low into the net by Edu Bedia that gave the Gaurs an early lead. It was the only goal in the first half to which followed two more in the second half of the regulation time.
