Today we bring you the footballers who hit the most goals in I-League 2011-12. The Hero I-League 2011-12 or I-League 2011-12 was the fifth edition of the Indian professional football league tournament, hosted during October 2011– May 2012. Hero I-League was an 14 teams competition and a total of 181 matches were held in the tournament. We see here the exceptional scorers who got listed among the most goals in I-League 2011-12.

Former Sporting Clube de Goa Footballer James Joseph Saeed Moga would score 16 goals for Balewadi Stadium based Pune Football Club during the Hero I-League 2011-12 tournament. With these goals, this South Sudanese Footballer got himself among the footballers with the most goals in I-League 2011-12. James Moga would score a hat-trick too during the season, against Salgaocar.

4. Henry Antchouet (Churchill Brothers)

Former Deportivo Alavés Footballer Henri Arnaud Antchouet Rebienot would go on to score 18 goals for Fatorda Stadium based Churchill Brothers Football Club during the Hero I-League 2011-12 tournament. With these goals, the Gabonese Footballer got himself among the footballers with the most goals in I-League 2011-12. Antchouet came to Indian Football tournament with this club in 2011 season. Henry Antchouet would score a hat-trick too during the season, against Shillong Lajong.

3. Tolgay Özbey (East Bengal)

Former Blacktown City Football Club Footballer Tolgay Özbey would go on to score 18 goals for the 1920 formed Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata based East Bengal during the Hero I-League 2011-12 tournament. With these goals, the Australian Footballer got himself among the footballers with the most goals in Hero I-League 2011-12. Özbey had just started with Indian Football when he signed this club in 2010. Tolgay Özbey would score a hat-trick too during the season, against HAL Sporting Club.

2. Odafa Onyeka Okolie (Mohun Bagan)

Former Churchill Brothers Footballer Odafa Onyeka Okolie would score 26 goals for Salt Lake Stadium based Mohun Bagan Athletic Club during the Hero I-League 2011-12 tournament. With these goals, this former Mohammedan Sporting Football Club Footballer got himself among the footballers with the most goals in I-League 2011-12. Okolie had played for Churchill Brothers & Mohammedan Sporting before his time with this club in I-League. Okolie would score two hat-tricks during the season, against Pailan Arrows & Churchill Brothers.

1. Ranti Martins (Dempo)

Former King Faisal Babes Footballer Ranti Martins Soleye would go on to score 32 goals for DSC Academy – Ella, Goa based Dempo Sports Club during the Hero I-League 2011-12 tournament. With these goals, the Nigerian Footballer got himself among the footballers with the most goals in I-League 2011-12, in fact leading the list. Dempo won the tournament edition. Martins goal numbers are a record for the most goals by an individual in an I-League season.
