Dominic Thiem is an Australian professional tennis player, who is currently ranked as the World’s no. 4 tennis star by ATP in Men’s Singles. His father Wolfgang was a coach at the Bresnik’s Academy in Vienna and he took initial lessons of tennis from his father since the age of 4. After completing his primary training session, he played for ITF Junior team for a few matches.
In 2011, he has appeared in the French Open Boys tournament, where Dominic shone surprisingly and made a clear way in the national side. He started playing internationally since then and became one of the top ten tennis players around the world with his consistent hard-work.
Thiem is an aggressive baseline player and most popular for his defending playing style. His ground-stroke has the unique style of tenacious backhand along with heavy forehand.
