2. Real Madrid v Bayern Munich, 2011-12 UEFA Champions League
Facing against a Real Madrid team in the Champions League is a difficult proposition in itself and Neuer was additionally charged with stopping a CR7 spot-kick from going in.
The save becomes all the more special because of the timing as it ensured that the Bavarians went on to the Finals. With the game locked after extra time, Neuer denied Ronaldo with a wonderful save to his right, carrying Bayern through to the Final against Chelsea.

Reaction saves are often the best and so is the case here as Manuel Neuer made a stunning save from a Ozako header that seemed destined to be heading for the top corner.
