Ajay Jadeja or Ajaysinhji Jadeja was a right handed batter who bowled right arm medium pace. A middle order batter, Jadeja would be involved in some inspiring chases of Indian Cricket team. When Robin Singh came to Indian Cricket team, Singh and Ajay Jadeja would be the two better fielders of the team. Jadeja is always recalled for his 45 off 25 against arch rivals Pakistan in the ICC Cricket World Cup 1996. He hit 40 from the last two overs of Waqar Younis. He would set record partnerships for 4th (unbeaten 275) & 5th wicket (223) in One Day Internationals (together with Mohammad Azharuddin).
