10. 275* (Azhar– Jadeja)
On April 9, 1998, former Indian Captain Md. Azharuddin & Ajay Jadeja came together after fall of third wicket against Zimbabwe. India were, earlier, put into bat by Zimbabwe at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack during a Pepsi Triangular Series match. The two batsmen went on to sum up an unbeaten 275 for the fourth wicket as India set a target of 302 for the visitors.
While Azhar went on to score his career best 153 not out off 150 balls, Jadeja made 116 off 121 balls. The partnership is 10th on the list of highest partnerships in ODIs. Batting second, Zimbabwe were bowled out for 269. Agarkar, Ganguly & Kanitkar took 2- apiece while Prasad & Sanghvi took one each.
9. 282 (Tharanga– Dilshan)
On March 10 2011, Sri Lankan Openers Upul Tharanga and Tillakaratne Dilshan scripted a partnership record for their team against Zimbabwe. Sri Lanka were put into bat at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in this ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 match. The two batsmen summed up 282 for the opening wicket, before Tharanga was out off a Mpofu ball.

8. 282* (de Kock– Amla)
On October 15, 2017, Proteas Openers registered a partnership record for their team against Bangladesh. South Africa were chasing the target of 279 at Diamond Oval, Kimberley in a bilateral series match. The two batsmen clubbed together an unbroken partnership of 282.
While Quinton de Kock scored 168 off 145 balls with 21 fours & 2 sixes, Amla scored 110 off 112 with 8 fours. Batting first, Mushfiqur Rahim scored an unbeaten century while Rabada took 4 wickets. On January 26, 2017, Australian Openers David Warner & Travis Head scripted a partnership record against Pakistan. Australia had won the toss and were batting first at Adelaide Oval. The two batsmen brought together a partnership of 284.

On July 1, 2006, Sri Lankan Openers Upul Tharanga & Sanath Jayasuriya registered a big partnership against England. They were chasing a target of 322 at Headingley, Leeds. The two batsmen brought together a partnership of 286.
While Jayasuriya scored 152 off 99 balls with 20 fours & 4 sixes, Tharanga scored 109 off 102 with 14 fours & a six. Sri Lanka chased the target with more than 12 overs to spare.
