After forgettable outing in Gunshu event, India’s Chirag Sharma showed better skills in Men’s Taolu Shungado and finished with a respectable 6th position at the 14th Wushu World Championship 2017 here at Kazan, Russia.
Chirag scored impressive 9.20 points and finished 6th out of 10 participants.
Russia’s Vladimir Maksimov won Gold medal of the event with 9.62 points. Korea’s Seungjae Cho and Macau’s Wai Keong Chio won Silver and Bronze with 9.57 and 9.42 points respectively.
Shuangdao is a traditional Chinese weapon routine in Wushu Taolu event. Shuangdao is a Double Broadsword which a participant uses as main element.
