His scores included 2 fifties and a hundred; Marshall’s 106 against South Africa was his best from the tournament. With these runs, Xavier reached the top 5 list for the most runs in U-19 World Cup 2004.

The Gloucester born left-Handed batter, Alastair Nathan Cook, was a member of the England U-19 team at the ICC U-19 World Cup 2004. Cook, who plays for Essex in domestic cricket, would go on to score 383 runs from 7 innings of the 7 matches he played in the ICC U-19 World Cup 2004 tournament at an average of almost 75. His score included two hundred and a fifty.
